Based in Bengaluru, Sathya has had a successful 30+ year career in the software industry globally. Early in his career, he was a top 1% performer at IBM before embarking on his journey as an entrepreneur and building several startups & SMBs in leadership roles. Additionally, he founded an advisory firm with a focus on the Software and IT Services sectors, where he advised on several startups & SMBs in organic & inorganic growth, including fundraising using his extensive global experience to effectively manage and guide businesses through their go-to-market process, organization transformation and business development. Sathya joined Corum Group, the world’s leading software M&A firm, to help prospective sellers maximize the value of their technology companies.
Leethiyal joined the Corum team in November 2024 in the role of Research Analyst. Prior to Corum, she worked for an aerospace business as a Senior Business Process Executive and Project Admin Analyst for a software company. She is Six Sigma Green Belt certified with 7 years of experience. She holds a degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Psychology.
