Sector activity in H1 2026 was led by Internet Content & Commerce at 22% followed by Industry-specific Applications at 17% and IT Outsourcing at 11%. Other sectors such as Enterprise Resource Planning, IT Services and Customer Relationship Management and Mobility all saw significant dealmaking activity as well, reflecting diversification across India’s Tech M&A landscape.
